Admission process for graduate courses (MSc and PhD):
The selection of new students consists of two phases, the first phase is the analysis of curriculum vitae and school history and the second phase is a written test to be held at the end of February in locations to be indicated (see the page of the summer school for the next period).
Candidates who are interested in preparing themselves for the written test may enroll in a leveling course offered during the summer school in annually held in January and February.

INSCRIPTION PERIOD: October.
WRITTEN TEST LOCATION: to be announced at the end of January.
WRITTEN TEST DATES: to be announced at the end of February.
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION: 1st March.
ATTENTION:
- The applicant for a vacancy in the Graduate Program in Mathematics, when filling the application form must check "SIM" after the question "Pretende concorrer a uma vaga na Pós-Graduação em Matemática da UFC?". You should then click on "Prosseguir" to answer the remaining questions and finalize your inscription.
- At the end of page 2 of the form, the applicant must indicate the city of your choice to perform the written test if you do not wish to participate in the Summer School courses in Fortaleza. The test will be held at the cities with greater demands. The list of such cities will be announced at the end of January.
LISTED TEACHERS: the teachers indicated by the student on the application form should send a filled presentation form of the student.
Forms of sending the presentation form:
The presentation form must be duly completed and signed by the teacher indicated on the application form.
The teacher can send the presentation form until the deadline by mail addressed to "PGMAT, Av. Humberto Monte s/n, Campus do Pici - bloco 914. CEP 60455-760, Fortaleza, CE, Brasil" or through his own e-mail addressed to " This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ". If the latter option is used, the form must be scanned.
Forms not having the teacher's signature will not be accepted.
Forms sent through e-mail other than the e-mail of the teacher indicated on the registration form also will not be accepted.
